Emerald Vista Cabin LLC · Effective October 14, 2026

Emerald Vista Cabin LLC ("Emerald Vista Cabin," "we," "us") operates the vacation rental property Emerald Vista Cabin in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, and this website. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our mailing address is 2310 Arbol Way, Prosper, TX 75078.

Information we collect

• Reservation information. When you book a stay through a booking platform such as Evolve, Airbnb, or Vrbo, we receive the details of your reservation: your name, phone number, email address, stay dates, and party size.
• Communications. Messages you send us by text, email, or through a booking platform, and our replies.
• Website information. Our hosting provider collects standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to operate and secure this website.

How we use your information

• To manage your reservation and your stay, including check-in and welcome information and checkout reminders.
• To respond to your questions and provide guest support during your stay, including through our local contact.
• To operate, maintain, and improve our property and services, and to comply with legal and tax obligations.

Text messaging

If you provide a mobile phone number with your reservation, we may send you reservation-related text messages, such as welcome and check-in details and a checkout reminder. Message frequency varies by stay and is typically a few messages per reservation. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number, or any information about your text-message opt-in, with third parties for their marketing purposes.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run your stay: with the booking platform you reserved through, with our property team (such as our cleaning and local-contact staff) so they can prepare the cabin and assist you, with payment and service providers that support our operations, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and security

We keep reservation and communication records for as long as needed for operations, accounting, and legal requirements, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect them.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts. To ask about, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, contact us at [email protected] or (940) 290-7644.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date.
